Replacement Guarantee:
Apni Maid India agrees to provide the Client with 1 initial staff member and up to 3 replacements within 12 months from the date of the first candidate’s selection.
Registration Fees:
The registration amount is charged solely for client registration and is not included in the commission fee.
Commission Payment:
The Service Receiver is required to pay a commission equal to one month’s salary of the selected maid on the same day of placement. This is in addition to the maid’s monthly salary.
Second Payment & Verification File:
The remaining balance (Second Part Payment) must be paid within 2 days of the maid starting work. The balance must be cleared within 24 hours to receive the maid’s verification file, which includes police and agency verification.
Verification Responsibility:
While Apni Maid India verifies all candidates, employers are advised to exercise their own caution and discretion during hiring and employment.
Salary Agreement:
The employer is solely responsible for deciding and paying the maid’s salary. Apni Maid India does not intervene in salary negotiations or payments.
Salary for Days Worked:
Employers must pay for the actual number of days worked by the maid or staff. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of the agreement, and both the maid and Apni Maid India reserve the right to claim the pending payment.
Refund Policy:
If the registration is cancelled within 6 months after staff has been provided, only 50% of the commission amount will be refunded—only if Apni Maid India is unable to provide a suitable replacement.
Unauthorized Hiring & Liability:
If the Service Receiver hires or retains any maid without clearing the Second Part Payment, receiving the verification file, or informing Apni Maid India, the company is not liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur thereafter.
Travel/Transit Costs:
All travel or transit expenses for the maid/staff must be borne by the Service Receiver.
Security Check:
If a maid, aayah, driver, or attendant is employed for in-house work, the employer has the right to inspect their bags/belongings when they leave the job. Apni Maid India is not responsible for any theft, loss, or robbery complaints after the staff has left the job.
Cooperation in Legal Matters:
In case of any police complaint related to theft or robbery involving a maid provided by Apni Maid India, the company will cooperate fully with the employer during the investigation.
